ISBC Group of Companies – “Intelligent Systems of Business Control” – was established in 2002. ISBC core business areas are distribution of smart-card equipment, contact and contactless cards manufacturing, smart-card and RFID personalization services, information security, technological consulting and SMS telecommunication business. ISBC head office is located in Russia, Zelenograd – the district of Moscow, which is proud to be a birthplace of Russian IT. More than 50 qualified specialists have been working on 700 sq.m. premises, including warehouse and card manufacturing factory.

ISBC has been working with most of the biggest Russian system integrators and solution providers. ISBC has started in information security field, and now produces own smart card and access control solutions based on advanced components, applying best practice and technologies and taking into account specific requirements of the Russian market. We are ready to provide you with not only products, but with most professional and full consultancy support.

Mobile marketing and SMS services Quick Telecom is a member of ISBC group and developer of QUICKTEL mobile platform. This software provides solutions for SMS, MMS, IVR and voiceIP services. Due to outstanding functionality and reliability of the platform, ISBC is the supplier for Beeline corporate bulk SMS services. We also provide bulk and service SMS for banks, retail, healthcare and government organizations.
